Viele werden vermutlich denken, alle Nintendo DS Spiele seien für Kinder geeignet, Erwachsene oder Jugendliche würden mit dem Handheld ohnehin nur in Ausnahmefällen spielen. Weit gefehlt, zum einen stimmt es nicht, dass ausschließlich Kinder mit dem DS anzutreffen sind. Im Gegenteil, viele Erwachsene erfreuen sich an den DS Games. <p class="whiteline">Gespannt schaute man in Europa und den USA auf den Verkaufsstart des Nintendo DSi in Japan. Allen Zweifeln zum Trotz verkaufte sich der DS-Nachfolger DSi im Land des Lächelns wie warme Semmel. Wer glaubt, dass dieser Trend bald abebben würde, wird nun eines besseren belehrt. Wie aus den aktuellen japanischen Hardware-Charts hervorgeht, liegt der DSi mit satten 204144 verkauften Einheiten nach wie vor an der Spitze – und das sogar mit Abstand. Auf Platz zwei liegt die Konkurrenzkonsole aus dem Hause Sony, die PSP. Dicht dahinter die Wii und, man mag es kaum für möglich halten, auch der DS Lite verkauft sich noch nach wie vor gut. 50308 Einheiten gingen vom Lite über den Tresen. Zum Vergleich: Die PS3 und Xbox 360 konnte nicht einmal zusammen soviel verkaufte Einheiten erzielen wie der Lite. Spannend bleibt die Frage dennoch: Wie wird der Verkaufsstart des DSi hierzulande aussehen?
